There a numerous variations of the phrase “It’s about the journey, not the destination“. It’s been attributed to countless authors, from Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler to  Ralph Waldo Emerson and Buddha to name just a few. It resonates with us, as all too often we find ourselves swept up in the day to day chaos that life brings. It helps to remind us to slow down and take the time to appreciate the little things, to make the most of every moment and most of all just have fun.

This is the story of our family. We are Rachel, Paulie, Zeke and Lani from Perth in Western Australia. Right at this point in our lives, our kids seem to kind of like us and even seem to enjoy spending time with us. We are fairly certain this doesn’t last forever, so we plan to make the most of it. These are the adventures we share together……
